A wonderful place to stay that my friends and I plan to visit again in warmer weather. Beautiful views of the lake and excellent cabin vibes inside, arrive to a private drive flanked by two other cabins - this spot has an ample backyard that leads to stairs by the water. Lovely space, secluded; we were grateful for the games and DVD selection when the weather went sour. Thank you for a great stay!

Super cute place with every stocked amenity you could need. We didn’t need anything besides our clothes! Every room was adorable and hosts were great. Way more spacious than it looked in pictures.

This house was so perfect for our snowmobiling trip! Super easy to get on the trails and the cabin itself was so cute and had everything we needed! Can’t wait to come back in the summer months :)

This place was just what we needed! What a beautiful winter wonderland. I almost don’t want to leave a good review because I would like to keep it to ourselves, but it really was a great place to stay and get some quiet. We went up to visit The Glide in Boulder junction which is about 45min away but the drive between the two was also just beautiful with the trees and snow on rustic road. The hot tub was great in the cold and surrounded with beautiful snowcapped trees, and watching the sunset. Highly recommend if you just want a quiet getaway. I didn’t want to leave.

Staying at Elkstone was lovely ! It was a perfect spot for college friends and kids to gather for New Years and enjoy snowmobiling in the surrounding area. We’ve been coming up to the Northwoods for years now, and know the area well. Adam’s home in Conover is a perfect spot, close to town and many lovely local establishments. We had a great time.

Excellent place with lots of room, beautiful fireplace, clean, warm, and inviting. Adam was great to communicate with, gave clear instructions for check in/out process. Definitely going to visit again!

Great place! So beautiful! Blizzard kept us stuck inside- but thankfully the house was stocked with dvds, popcorn, games and lots of puzzles. Also the hot tub was a super plus!

Beautiful cabin! Adam was very responsive to our needs and answered all questions immediately. Everything was very clean! The fireplace was amazing! Would definitely come back again!! Thanks again for a wonderful weekend!!

My family and I really enjoyed staying at Roger's Retreat. It was spacious and felt brand new, but cozy and had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. Brent and Adam were very communicative and helpful throughout our stay. The location was conveniently close to town, but nestled in the woods along the river and felt private. I'd recommend this home and hope to come back.

had the best time solo and a couple nights with my bestie! it is so serene and peaceful, i've never seen so many stars in my life. i wish it was warmer when i came by so the pier was out, that would've been a great and calm lake moment. the sunsets were amazing! so thankful for the hot tub, made the trip all the better. it was super clean inside, the movie selection was top tier, and i appreciate the game variety. had all the appliances necessary for a week stay. thank you so much adam for hosting us, i had such a great retreat from real life duties!!! i would come back again if i can (:
